Aerial Photo Lookup

The aerial photo lookup application is a custom query tool designed to assist users in the research of hard-copy historical photos.  This database only contains information pertaining to flight years between 1946 and 2003.  For information regarding photos prior to 1946, please call the Engineering Information Management (EIM) Office at (520)-740-6332.  See Orthophoto Imagery for information on digital ortho-photography and availability of online viewing.

How to search the database for aerial photographs:

1. Use a MapGuide reference map to locate the section, and generate a list of aerial photos.
   • Read the Disclaimer and Using Autodesk MapGuide.
   • Be ready to Zoom in until the Aerial Photo Index Section Grid turns on, at Scale 1:125,000 then see the Aerial Photo Section Index Map.

2. Search for a list of aerial photos by choosing township, range and section numbers, unique ID, or other criteria.
