Using Application Xtender (The Document Management System)

Tips for using the Document Management System:

• Enter a search value to limit your search to a value within a field. You can enter a partial name with a * symbol at the end to indicate values that begin with the partial name. For example:
  • RIVER* for RIVER RD
  • Mar* for Marana
  • *PAVING* for PAVING/SEWER
  • OVER* for OVERTON RIDGE.
• You can enter a list of values or a range of value by selecting the Range or List button.
• If more than one document set is found, double-click on your choice within the result list to view the document set.
