The layer is a grid of quarter quads showing the area covered by each of the original TIFF format orthophotos. Using the Arizona MapGuide Map, holding the mouse cursor over individual map areas shows yellow map tips with the Quad name and photo date where available.
The grid represents the TIFF files, not the compressed ECW files which cover more area.
