Program improvements and data updates are available by purchasing subsequent editions of CD-ROMs and DVDs. No interim updates or patches are provided for CD-ROM/DVD products. Files are refreshed daily on the FTP server. This means you will get our latest version of data from the FTP server. It doesn't necessarily mean the FTP server data is up-to-date.
If a new CD-ROM/DVD edition is released within 30 days of your purchase, we will give you the new CD-ROM/DVD if you request it within those 30 days. Either bring your receipt and pick it up at our offices for no charge, or mail a copy of your receipt with a $7.50 check payable to Pima County Treasurer for shipping and handling to have the new CD-ROM or DVD sent to you. You don't need to return the old disk.
The latest versions of individual layers on the PCLAYERS DVD are available online using FTP. See Pima County GIS Data FTP Server.

Like the data on our CD-ROM/DVD products, we do not provide technical support for data downloaded with the Pima County GIS Data FTP Server.
