Pima County has created a program to address traffic problems on residential streets. Problems such as vehicles speeding and taking short cuts through neighborhoods can be reduced by participation in the NEIGHBORHOOD TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (NTMP). This program allows residents to partner with Pima County to modify the streets in their neighborhoods to solve their traffic problems.

To participate in this program, a neighborhood must:

·                 Be located in an unincorporated area of Pima County

·                 Have paved roads maintained by Pima County

·                 Have a posted speed limit of 25 mph
